Next Generation Bursary Award
I am delighted to announce that Dean Kavanagh and I have been selected as Next Generation Artists by the The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon.
For the past couple of years Dean and myself have been working on a number of projects including the feature film Animal Kingdom and the expanded cinema performance The Nautilus Shutter Experiments: True Wholes, both projects were kindly supported by the Arts Council of Ireland. Our collaborative work is drawing from scientific research and engineering in relation to moving image technology so we are delighted that the Arts Council have awarded us the opportunity to spend concentrated time investing and exploring these areas. We are looking forward to develop these ideas further with new collaborations in the new year.
